Virtual Gal Friday is a U.S.-led virtual assistant company with over 25 years of experience supporting medical, legal, and executive clients nationwide. We are currently contracting with experienced Virtual Medical Assistants and Receptionists to provide professional, high-quality front office support—all from the comfort of your home office.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented, tech-savvy professionals looking to grow their remote career with long-term client work and a supportive virtual team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering inbound calls on behalf of busy medical clients
• Scheduling appointments and providing calendar support
• Performing insurance verifications and patient intake
• Using EMR/EHR platforms for documentation and updates
• Supporting multiple clients using software like Zoom Phone, EHRs, and Zoho apps.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience in a medical practice, clinic, or hospital
• Strong written and spoken English
• A quiet, distraction-free home office
• Desktop or laptop (Mac or PC) with webcam
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Experience with phone-based support and online scheduling
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, VoIP systems, and EMR platforms

• You will start with a trial phase on our Virtual Reception Team (up to 90 days)
