Virtual Medical Assistant with RPM/CGM Experience |
Endocrinology Clinic | Part-Time

We are hiring an experienced Virtual Medical Assistant with direct RPM and/or CGM support experience for a busy Endocrinology Specialty Clinic.

Part-Time | 30 hours/week | $6/hour

This role requires someone who can step in with minimal onboarding and confidently handle:

• Patient calls and follow-ups
• RPM/CGM patient support
• Scheduling in Practice Fusion
• Insurance verification and referrals
• Prior authorizations
• Billing inquiries
• Refill coordination
• Accurate documentation

Required:

• 2 to 3 years of Medical VA or medical front office experience
• Strong Practice Fusion proficiency
• Direct RPM and/or CGM patient calling experience
• Hands-on endocrinology, diabetes-related workflows, specialty medications, and patient monitoring experience
• Strong communication skills, especially with elderly patients

Preferred:

• Scribe experience
