Position Overview:

The Virtual Medical Provider plays a key role in ensuring continuity of care for U.S. patients when on-site physicians are not available at a given clinic. You will be responsible for managing patient visits, maintaining documentation, monitoring progress, and collaborating with the wider medical team. This role requires clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly with U.S.-based staff across multiple clinics.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial visits and follow-up consultations with U.S. patients via secure virtual platforms.

- Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and establish individualized treatment and management plans.

- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRIs) and nerve conduction studies.

- Review and discuss imaging/test results with patients in a clear, supportive manner.

- Suggest and recommend interventional procedures where appropriate (epidural injections, intra-articular injections, trigger point injections).

- Conduct telehealth visits via phone when necessary (results review, medication refills, or urgent patient follow-up).

- Oversee patient flow and follow-ups for assigned clinic(s).

- Ensure that patients on therapy schedules are reviewed and managed appropriately.

- Maintain and update patient progress sheets to track outcomes and document continuity of care.

- Collaborate with U.S.-based providers, physical therapists, and staff to optimize treatment coordination.

- Counsel patients on additional therapy options and wellness programs, including IV therapy, weight management, and WellCart supplements.

- Educate patients on medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and pain management strategies.

- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in line with U.S. regulatory and clinic standards.

- Ensure proper documentation of imaging orders, prescriptions, and interventional recommendations.

- Participate in weekly provider meetings with the U.S. medical team to review cases, align on patient management strategies, and discuss clinical updates.

- Stay current with evidence-based guidelines in pain management and rehabilitation.

- Follow up and retrieve imaging/test results from the radiology center.


Requirements:

- Medical Doctor (MBBCh/MBBS or equivalent).

- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (pain management, rehabilitation, or general practice preferred).

- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

- Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to work evening/night shifts aligned with U.S. clinic hours.
