Virtual Naturopathic Doctor (Women’s Health) — Telehealth

Overview
The ReVibe Centre is hiring a Virtual Naturopathic Doctor focused on women’s health to deliver high-quality telehealth care inside a multidisciplinary clinic ecosystem. You’ll run virtual consults, create evidence-informed care plans, and document efficiently using JaneApp-based workflows.

The ideal clinician is outcomes-oriented, great at giving effective and actionable treatment plans, herbal medicine and supplements, and comfortable with JaneApp telehealth.

Compensation is commission-based (70/30 split); total earnings depend on caseload and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual initial assessments and follow-ups for women’s health concerns (e.g., hormones, fertility, perimenopause, metabolic health, gut health, stress/sleep).
• Build individualized actionable care plans (nutrition/lifestyle, supplement and herbal medicine protocols, lab interpretation where applicable).
• Maintain high-quality, timely clinical documentation in JaneApp; follow clinic charting standards and privacy requirements (AI scribe available to reduce administrative tasks).
• Track and improve measurable outcomes (examples: patient-reported symptom change, retention, follow-up adherence, satisfaction).
• Communicate care plans clearly through secure messaging and visit summaries; strengthen adherence via well-structured education.
• Collaborate with internal practitioners (e.g., acupuncture/TCM and other services) to support integrative outcomes and referrals.

Qualifications

• Valid Naturopathic Doctor License with experience in telehealth settings.
• Advanced training in fertility, perimenopause/menopause, thyroid, PCOS, endometriosis, or chronic pelvic pain support.
• Proven experience in women's health patient care with skills in patient assessment and physical examinations conducted remotely.

Compensation: Commission-based 70/30 split (ND retains 70%)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $140.00 - $400.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
