Virtual or In-Person Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

TheraPlay Pediatric Occupational Therapy is dedicated to improving the lives of children through personalized therapy services. Position Overview: As a COTA at TheraPlay, you will play a vital role in assisting our Occupational Therapists in delivering top-notch occupational therapy services to our pediatric clients. If you’re dedicated to fostering growth and development in children and are excited about making a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement tailored treatment plans for pediatric clients. Conduct engaging therapy sessions focused on individualized goals. Monitor and document patient progress, outcomes, and responses to therapy. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises to reinforce learning at home. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure quality care. Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Oregon license Experience or knowledge in pediatrics is preferred, but we are willing to mentor the right candidate. A strong sense of care and compassion for children and their families. Ability to work effectively in diverse clinical settings. Why Join Us?
