Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Job Summary
At Biomedic Solutions, we distribute biological products to medical practices all over the United States and internationally. We're looking for someone that can handle outbound reach calls, but not necessary a cold call to add our products to the medical practice formulary. We need someone that has an understanding of pharmaceutical sales and also capable of CRM and online task that needs to be done and we can talk and go from there.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to prospective clients via virtual platforms, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts by maintaining regular communication, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Identify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and analysis of client data to expand business relationships
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and enhance product offerings
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to provide expert advice during sales conversations

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making effectively
  • Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, especially in medical or pharmaceutical markets preferred
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering clear product demos and engaging clients remotely
  • Demonstrated account management capabilities with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Technical sales expertise with the ability to explain complex products clearly and confidently
  • Leadership qualities that motivate team collaboration and drive results in a virtual environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, along with organizational skills for managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Analysis skills to interpret client data and market trends for strategic sales planning
  • Outside sales experience that emphasizes proactive outreach and relationship building in a remote setting
  • Customer service orientation focused on delivering positive experiences at every touchpoint

Pay: $48,676.55 - $58,621.21 per year
