This role is for a granite manufacturing company that is strengthening its sales operations by hiring a

Virtual Sales Assistant to support lead generation and client outreach.

The candidate will work remotely but must be based in Bengaluru to understand the local market

and language dynamics.

What You'll Be Doing

Identify and generate leads (builders, contractors, architects, dealers)

Make daily outbound calls using a structured script

Introduce products and qualify potential clients

Schedule meetings/site visits for the field sales executive

Maintain proper call logs, follow-ups, and daily reporting (JoJo/CRM updates)

Handle basic objections confidently and professionallyWho We're Looking For

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of telecalling / inside sales experience

Experience in B2B or construction-related calling is preferred

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills

Fluent in Kannada (mandatory)

Comfortable in Hindi and/or English

Confident phone presence

Ability to follow scripts and meet daily targets

Practical Requirements:

Based in Bengaluru

Own laptop and stable internet connection

Disciplined and target-oriented

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday | Sundays Off

Remote role with structured daily calling targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
