This is a completely field-based position.
Candidates must be willing to visit construction and real estate project sites across Mumbai regularly.

About the Role

Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic Diploma Civil holders / Civil Engineering freshers who are interested in field operations, photography, videography, and construction technology.

As a Virtual Tour Capture Executive – Intern, you will assist in capturing 360° virtual tours and site documentation at construction project locations.

This role is ideal for freshers who want practical, on-site exposure in construction technology and digital documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit construction project sites across Mumbai for virtual tour capture
• Assist in capturing 360° photos and videos
• Support drone-based site documentation
• Record walkthroughs of under-construction and completed projects
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams
• Upload and organize captured data on company platforms
• Ensure clarity and quality of photos/videos
• Maintain structured digital records of all site captures
• Share daily site updates and summaries with the reporting manager
• Follow safety and company compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria (Important)

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
• Civil Engineering Graduates can also apply
• Freshers and final-year students are welcome
• Must be comfortable with regular field visits
• Interest in photography, videography, or drone technology
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, file handling, uploads)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai for site visits
