Job Overview:
Empire Visa Consultants is seeking a knowledgeable, motivated, and customer-focused Visa Counselor with 2-3 years of experience specifically handling visa services for European and US destinations. This role plays a key part in maintaining our high standard of client service and successful visa outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert guidance and counseling to clients on visa categories including tourist, study, work, and family visas for Europe (especially Schengen) and the United States.
- Analyze client profiles, assess eligibility, and recommend the most suitable visa pathways.
- Assist clients in compiling, organizing, and reviewing all required documentation to meet embassy/consulate standards.
- Prepare and submit visa applications: complete visa forms (e.g., DS-160), schedule appointments, pay fees, and track progress.
- Keep abreast of current visa policies, immigration law changes, and procedural updates for EU and US embassies.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and visa facilitation centers or embassies.
- Maintain detailed client records in CRM systems and provide regular status updates.
- Conduct pre-interview preparation and mock sessions, coaching clients on how to present themselves.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualification/Requirements:
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Visa Counselor, Consultant, or Advisor, with a proven track record of handling European (Schengen) and US visa applications.
- Deep knowledge of visa regulations, documentation, and application processes for EU and US destinations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail, especially in validating sensitive documents and data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple visa cases concurrently.
- Proficiency in using visa portals, online application systems, and CRM tools.
Location: Faisal Town, Lahore
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (11:00 am -8:00 pm)
