Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study opportunities in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe.

Guide students through course selection, university shortlisting, application process, and visa documentation.

Stay updated on the latest admission policies, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements.

Maintain proper records of student inquiries, applications, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

Participate in seminars, educational fairs, and promotional activities.

Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); Master’s preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in study visa counseling or overseas education consultancy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of study visa processes for at least one major destination (Canada/USA/UK/Australia/Europe).

Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and professionally.

Positive attitude, confidence, and passion for student success.
