Visa Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UAE visa processing, documentation, and customer handling. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process and ensuring all procedures are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle UAE visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related services.
• Assist clients with required documentation, forms, and application submissions.
• Coordinate with typing centers, immigration departments, and government portals.
• Keep clients updated on application status and respond to their queries.
• Check the accuracy of documents before submission.
• Maintain records of all visa applications and follow up when needed.
• Stay updated with the latest UAE immigration and labour rules.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases at once.
• Good typing and basic computer skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
