Visa Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Visa Consultant ( Only Female ) with in-depth knowledge of visa processes for Schengen, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and the UK. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling visit, business, and other short-term visa applications, while also demonstrating strong sales and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to clients on visa documentation and application procedures.
• Handle the complete visa process — from consultation to file preparation and submission.
• Stay updated with changing visa policies and embassy regulations.
• Assist clients with appointment scheduling, travel insurance, and other related services.
• Generate new leads and convert inquiries into successful applications.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all communications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Visa Consultant or Immigration Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of Schengen, Canada, USA, Australia, NZ, Japan, and UK visa processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
