The Visa Consultant is responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the visa application process. This involves understanding client needs, assessing eligibility, preparing documentation, and liaising with embassies/consulates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and has a thorough understanding of visa regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their travel plans, purpose of visit, and visa requirements. Assess their eligibility for different visa categories.
  • Advice clients on the necessary documentation required for their visa application.
  • Submit visa applications to the appropriate embassies or consulates. Track the progress of applications and keep clients informed of any updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, embassies and consulates
  • Ensure all visa processing activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application statuses. Prepare regular reports on visa processing activities.

Primary requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
