* Position: Backend Sales Executive

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Handle sales of international tourist and visit visa processing for countries.

* Verify client documents and ensure accuracy before submission.

* Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS centers, agents, and travel partners.

* Assist clients with visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.

* Track visa applications and provide timely updates to clients.

* Maintain records of applications, approvals, rejections, and pending cases.

* Handle client inquiries through calls, email, and WhatsApp professionally.

* Support the sales team with visa information and travel regulations.

* Ensure compliance with immigration and embassy rules for different countries.

*Requirements*

* Minimum 1 year experience in international visa processing or tourism operations in UAE.

* Knowledge of tourist, visit, and business visa procedures for major destinations.

* Experience in client handling and customer coordination.

* Good communication and documentation skills.

* Strong computer knowledge and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.

* English typing & speaking skills required
