Visa Consultant / Sales Representative

Fly Ace Travels is a growing travel and tourism company dedicated to providing professional visa consultancy and travel solutions. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Visa Consultant / Sales Representative to join our team and help clients achieve their travel goals.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to visa services and travel packages.

Consult clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, documentation, and travel options.

Convert leads into sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Assist clients throughout the visa application process and ensure accurate documentation.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service and processing.

Requirements

Mandatory:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred:

Experience working in a travel and tourism company.

Previous experience in visa consultancy, travel sales, or related services.

Knowledge of international travel and visa processes.
