Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications, providing accurate guidance, and ensuring a smooth and successful process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation to clients regarding visit, work, and study visas.
• Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing visa application documents.
• Keep up-to-date with immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle client queries and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient case processing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa consultancy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of visa processes for countries like Europe, UK, Canada, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
