Visa Filing Officer for Schengen and Worldwide Visas

Job Description:

Royal Walk Human Resources Consultancies Co. L.L.C is hiring an experienced Visa Filing Officer to manage Schengen and worldwide visa applications. The candidate must have hands on experience in online and offline visa filing and be familiar with major visa portals such as VFS Global, USA Travel Docs and embassy systems. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation, timely submissions and smooth coordination with clients and visa centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review and file visa applications for Schengen, USA, UK, Canada and other countries

Handle online and offline visa submissions through portals like VFS Global and USA Travel Docs

Create and manage client profiles on visa application portals

Book visa appointments and biometric slots

Verify documents for accuracy and compliance with embassy requirements

Maintain organized records and filing systems

Guide clients through the complete visa process and follow up on application status

Requirements:

Minimum one year experience in visa filing and documentation

Proven experience with online and offline visa application systems

Familiar with VFS Global, USA Travel Docs and similar embassy portals

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good communication and customer handling skills

Basic to intermediate computer skills
