About the Role
Own the visa sales engine and the full client journey from first message to final decision. Convert qualified leads into paid cases with clear guidance on the correct visa type and documents. Coordinate case execution with operations VFS consulates and supplier partners to keep files moving. Set the daily sales rhythm and collaborate with Marketing on promos that actually convert. Operate with speed accuracy and amanah while protecting client data and brand trust. A proven visa sales record is mandatory with a history of delivering at least AED 150K per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell visa services via discovery calls WhatsApp and in person meetings.
- Qualify each lead and recommend the right visa category with clear reasons.
- Open and maintain client files in the CRM with complete notes and timestamps.
- Coordinate with operations VFS consulates and suppliers for appointments biometrics submissions and courier returns.
- Escalate complex files early with a concise summary of risks and options.
- Lead promo ideas with Marketing and provide weekly ground feedback to optimize campaigns.
- Cross sell suitable add ons such as insurance priority services and courier.
- Collect reviews after decision and recover detractors through timely service recovery.
- Maintain strict compliance with country rules document integrity and privacy.
- Produce daily and weekly sales and pipeline reports with approvals and risks.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Champion an ethical service culture that reflects halal practice and client trust.
- Set the visa sales strategy across channels, segments, and geographies with clear priorities and resource plans.
- Own the pipeline architecture and client journey from lead to decision with defined exit criteria for every stage.
- Build repeatable playbooks for discovery, qualification, document guidance, and case stewardship.
- Define quarterly plans and monthly targets per team, channel, and category aligned to company goals.
Requirements
- Proven visa sales record of at least AED 150K or USD 35K individual per month in a recent role.
- Manage and lead the team, hiring, setting up goals and trainings.
- Deep working knowledge of multiple visitor visa categories and document requirements.
- Hands on experience with CRM and WhatsApp Business for structured follow up.
- Fluent English communication written and verbal.
- Strong coordination skills with internal operations and external supplier partners.
- Clear understanding of VFS and consulate appointment flows and courier steps.
- Ability to manage many cases in parallel with accurate notes and time management.
- Availability to work Dubai business hours with flexibility during peak periods.
- High integrity and client centric mindset with a bias to action.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in travel tourism or customer facing sales.
- Two to five years in visa sales or a closely related client advisory role.
- Documented proof of monthly sales and approval outcomes from previous employer.
- Strong presentation and objection handling skills.
- Multilingual capability is a plus such as Arabic Tagalog Hindi or Urdu.
- UAE market exposure with familiarity of local service standards.
