Job Description:
Sunland Education and Immigration Consultants is hiring a female Visa Telecaller for our Chandigarh office (Sector 32D). The candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and interested in helping students with their visa and immigration queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and clients regarding study visa and immigration services.
• Explain visa processes, requirements, and eligibility criteria.
• Maintain proper follow-up with clients and update records.
• Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with the team.
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Fresher can apply.
• Experience in visa, education, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
