Role Overview

We are looking for a Visual Communication Designer with 1+ years of experience to contribute to the creation and execution of brand identities and visual systems for both offline and digital. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual craft with curiosity for research, storytelling, and brand thinking.

You will work closely with strategists, account managers, and the creative team to translate ideas, insights, and brand strategies into clear, compelling visual outcomes across digital and physical touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

• ⁠Design and execute brand identities and visual systems across print and digital mediums
• ⁠Translate research, insights, and brand strategy into thoughtful visual communication
• Develop concepts, layouts, presentations, and brand collaterals with clarity and refinement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design and execution process
• Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Contribute to visual storytelling and UI/UX-aligned design where required

What We’re Looking For

• ⁠1+ years of experience in branding, visual communication, or a creative/branding agency
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and visual systems
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of branding principles, visual storytelling, and basic UI/UX concepts
• Interest in research-led, strategy-driven design processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
