Visual Communications Specialist & Inside Sales

Pay: $23.00 an hour

Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday (No weekends)

Location: Ashburn, VA (In-person)

Core Responsibilities

• Consult with Clients: Handle incoming walk-ins, phone calls, and email inquiries to identify customer signage needs.
• Manage Consultation: Guide local business owners and professionals through product selection, material choices, and branding goals.
• Generate Quotes: Create fast, accurate pricing proposals and follow up to close the sale.
• Collaborate on Layouts: Use basic design principles to layout ideas before handing projects to production.
• Oversee Project Flow: Coordinate with our internal fabrication team to ensure orders meet deadlines.

What We Look For

• Strong Communication: Ability to build relationships and explain design ideas clearly.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to Learn: Signage or graphic design experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right person).
