Visual Content Creator - Real Estate

Job Description:

Flying Eagle Real Estate is looking for an experienced and creative Visual Content Creator to produce high-quality photo and video content for property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate content creation and understand how to present properties in a visually compelling way to attract buyers and tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Capture professional photos of residential and commercial properties
• Create high-quality video walkthroughs and social media content
• Edit and enhance visuals to highlight space, lighting, and features
• Plan and execute creative content ideas for property marketing
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms

Required Skills:

• Strong skills in graphic design and video editing
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling ability
• Basic understanding of marketing principles
• Knowledge of branding and visual identity
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• High level of attention to detail

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography (mandatory)
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate work (required)
• Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
• Ability to work independently and deliver on time
