Job Overview:

The Visual Content Manager (Design & Video) is responsible for shaping and maintaining

Drama School’s (DSM) visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency, creativity,

and impact in every communication. This role covers the full spectrum of design and visual

content needs: from upholding the brand guide and producing static and motion templates,

capturing and editing photo/video content—documenting classes, workshops, events, and

Zero Year activities—and transforming them into engaging reels, branded videos, and

long-form outputs. A critical aspect of the role is also asset management: maintaining a

structured, accessible design and video archive with clear conventions. Through these

responsibilities, the role ensures that DSM’s public presence remains professional,

distinctive, and aligned with its strategic priorities of visibility, enrollment, and fundraising

during the Zero Year and beyond.

The DSFM seeks to build a better society by weaving the transformational power of

theatre into the fabric of everyday life. To help every individual on their journey to become

fully-actualized human beings ready to be pro-active members of an inclusive, open, and

tolerant society. It does this by running multiple initiatives and organisations, and

collaborating and tying up with other partners also working towards similar goals.

Since 2008, those of us who believed this came together on a journey that saw the

creation of Theatre Professionals Pvt. Ltd, which subsequently seeded the Drama

Schools Foundation Mumbai (est 2016). Drama Schools Foundation Mumbai (DSFM), is

a Section 8 non-profit company, professionally run by Jehan Manekshaw, Managing

Director, who works closely with the leadership teams of the foundation's various

initiatives*, and oversees overall strategy and fundraising.
