✨ Role Purpose
The Content Producer is responsible for creating premium visual assets that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and support our digital, social, and campaign strategies. Working closely with the Social Media Manager and Brand Director, this role produces compelling photography and videography that elevates brand storytelling and enhances customer engagement.
🎥 What You Will Be Doing

Execute photo and video shoots across destinations, properties, and corporate locations.

Produce architectural, lifestyle, F&B, and event content in a luxury context.

Ensure all visual output aligns with brand tone, aesthetic, and creative standards.

Edit photos and videos for social media, digital ads, campaigns, and website use.

Support the creation of seasonal, campaign, and always‑on content.

Produce organic social content including Reels, short‑form videos, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.

Capture executive and corporate content when required.

Maintain and organize the visual asset library, ensuring consistent quality and accessibility.

Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms and maintains a luxury feel.

Travel to shoot locations when needed.
📌 Requirements

3–5 years
professional experience in photography and videography (not freelance).

Strong portfolio in
luxury, hospitality, architecture, lifestyle, or travel
content.

Advanced editing skills:
Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects
(or similar).

Strong understanding of
lighting, composition, framing, and brand aesthetics
.

Proven experience creating content optimized for
social media platforms
(Reels, TikTok‑style short form, YouTube, paid ads).

Ability to work on‑site and travel when required.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
