Visual Designer

About the Role

At RP UXCollab, we are a UX-driven development agency that partners with businesses to design and build meaningful digital experiences. As a service-based agency, we work across diverse industries, helping clients bring their ideas to life with creativity and precision.

We are looking for a Visual Designer with 2-3 years of experience who can craft visually compelling, cohesive, and brand-aligned designs. You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of digital products and marketing assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, usability, and impact.

As a Visual Designer at RP UXCollab, you will:

• Create layouts, graphics, icons, illustrations, and other digital/print assets.
• Develop visual mockups, prototypes, and style guides that bring concepts to life.
• Design assets for websites, apps, campaigns, and presentations.
• Translate brand guidelines into effective, user-friendly visuals.
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms, touchpoints, and media.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to align usability with aesthetics.
• Partner with developers and marketers to deliver pixel-perfect results.
• Participate in client workshops and presentations, communicating design decisions effectively.
• Design visuals that are functional, accessible, and engaging.
• Incorporate user feedback and testing results to refine designs.
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) to create and deliver designs.
• Stay updated with design trends, accessibility standards, and technologies.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder and client feedback.
• Ensure deliverables meet both user needs and business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and branding design work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working in cross-functional, client-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Motion graphics, animation, or video editing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
