About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Designer to craft visually compelling stories across

digital, print, and event touchpoints. From social media to pitch decks, youʼll play a

key role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring design consistency across

channels.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or alongside our team at our

Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Content: Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site
  
  

creatives.

• Social Media & Ad Creatives: Create engaging posts, stories, and ad
  
  

creatives across platforms.

• Blog & Long-form Content: Design infographics, headers, and supporting
  
  

visuals for articles.

• Emails: Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.
• Print & Event Collateral: Design banners, booths, brochures, and
  
  

merchandise for events.

• Pitch Decks: Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations.
• Video Editing & Motion Design: Edit videos for campaigns and create basic
  
  

animations to enhance digital content.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing
  
  

and communication channels.

Requirements

• 25 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
• Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
• Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects,
  
  

Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).

• Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best
  
  

practices.

• Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing,
  
  

sales, and product teams.

Nice to Have

• Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design practices.
• Understanding of SEO and content-driven design.
