Visual Designer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Visual Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering engaging designs that resonate with our target audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from digital art to print advertising, utilizing a broad skill set in graphic and web design. The Visual Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, development, and production teams to bring concepts to life through visually stunning solutions.

Duties

• Develop and execute visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, websites, and digital media using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW.
• Create engaging motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance multimedia presentations.
• Design logos, layouts, typography, and illustrations that align with brand identity and project specifications.
• Manage visual assets across content management systems and ensure consistency in color management, typography, and overall aesthetic.
• Collaborate with art directors and marketing teams to develop visual strategies that support campaign goals.
• Produce high-quality digital art, sign manufacturing designs, print advertising materials, and presentation visuals.
• Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other web design tools to develop user interfaces (UI) and enhance user experience (UX).
• Conduct photo manipulation and photography editing to produce polished images for various media channels.
• Maintain awareness of current design trends and best practices in digital design, motion graphics, and production design.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, InVision, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Figma.
• Expertise in graphic design principles including typography, color theory, layout design, and typesetting.
• Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with WordPress content management systems.
• Skilled in digital art creation, photo manipulation, motion graphics, video editing, and content management systems.
• Ability to produce compelling visual designs for UI/UX projects as well as print advertising campaigns.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients or internal teams.
• Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
