Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex analytical, strategic, and operational concepts into clear, intuitive visual narratives
• Support the conceptual design and visualization of digital platforms, services, and solutions, working closely with consulting and technology teams
• Develop conceptual user interface and experience designs to illustrate functionality, workflows, and service logic
• Collaborate closely with consultants to shape storylines and improve the clarity and effectiveness of work products
• Create visual assets for workshops, including canvases, posters, journey maps, and facilitation materials
• Visualize customer and citizen journeys, service blueprints, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
• Design high-impact consulting deliverables, including presentations, reports, executive summaries, and visual frameworks
• Develop and maintain visual standards and templates for client deliverables, ensuring consistency and quality
• Support Forte Partners’ communications, thought leadership, and intellectual asset development through high-quality visual design
• Support the refinement and evolution of Forte Partners’ brand identity across client-facing materials
• Ensure high attention to detail, layout discipline, and visual coherence across all outputs

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic or visual design, preferably within consulting, professional services, or B2B environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to design high-impact consulting deliverables, such as presentations, reports, journey maps, frameworks, and visual narratives
• Excellent command of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, with a proven ability to simplify complex ideas
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); strong PowerPoint skills are essential
• Ability to develop conceptual UI and experience visuals to illustrate platforms, workflows, and service logic
• Comfortable working closely with consultants and non-designers, iterating quickly based on feedback
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality across multiple parallel workstreams
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
