Visual Designer

Rite KnowledgeLabs is looking for a UI/UX Designer to design creative, content-focused corporate websites for top MNCs and Indian brands.

This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai is ideal for someone who has 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, a flair for visual storytelling, and a strong aesthetic sense. You’ll work closely with fellow designers and the content team to create elegant, user-friendly interfaces and impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually compelling corporate websites and digital assets.
• Support in designing wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and responsive layouts.
• Apply design principles including colour, typography, iconography, and layout techniques to deliver modern and user-friendly interfaces.
• Assist in maintaining design consistency through design systems and reusable components.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Requirements

• Design Skills: Some experience in website design, UI mock-ups, social media creatives, and/or presentations.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS PowerPoint.
• UX Understanding: Basic knowledge of Responsive Web Design, Mobile-first design, and UX principles.
• Team Player: Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and collaborate with peers and seniors.
• Creativity: Strong eye for detail, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Commercial Art, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

• 1 – 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

• A portfolio showcasing your website UI/UX design work is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
