We’re looking for:

A skilled Graphic Designer based in Bangalore (or ready to move).

Has a good understanding of graphic design principles and typography.

Capable of designing for both online and print media design, an expert in Photoshop and XD. If you know UI/UX, it’s a cherry on top.

If you’re good at photography and video shoots, it's a bonus on your salary.
Your role will include:

Skills:

Design thinking - Need to be a design background student or architect student or someone with good design knowledge, who can create and not just replicate. Need to be a thinker and does. Not someone who can just give philosophy, but execute the idea along with it.

Photoshop - pro - speed can be slow but need to have a good hold

Illustrator - pro - need to know the tools exactly

Indesign - medium - need to know how to do brochures in this, how to use style guides in it, and how to export with print setting

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist in developing a visual language from scratch for branding projects.

Setting up a brand language and designing its collaterals is a key ability of yours.

Partner closely with the Creative Director to come up with creative concepts for advertising campaigns, brochures, etc

Visiting the client's place to plan the execution of the designs.

Keep up to date with the latest trends. You should at least be following awwwards.com, Behance, creative bloq, etc. Sourcing custom & quality design references for the client should be a piece of cake for you.
