Visual Designer (Motion Graphics Specialist)

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer with strong expertise in Motion Graphics to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, storytelling ability, and hands-on experience in creating engaging visual and animated content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create visually appealing static and animated designs for social media, ads, website, and marketing campaigns
• Develop motion graphics, animated videos, reels, and promotional content
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to deliver creative assets
• Translate concepts and brand guidelines into compelling visual stories
• Edit and enhance video content with animations, transitions, and effects
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
• Stay updated with design trends, animation styles, and digital content formats

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 1–3+ years of experience in visual design and motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Experience in creating short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads)
• Basic knowledge of video editing and sound syncing
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
