  • Support business development efforts through the creation of proposals, presentations, and pursuit-related graphics.
  • Create and execute impactful design solutions that elevate the client experience and support the firm’s business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in architectural design and graphic design.
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Design (AEC) industry strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects and prioritizing deadlines.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creativity and innovative and high-quality design work.
  • Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, and Lumion a plus.
  • Ability to balance creativity with technical and financial feasibility.
