We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Media Creator to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing professional photo and video content that showcases our listings, captures our brand story, and enhances our presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit both photography and videography content for property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Capture high-quality interior and exterior property photos for online platforms.
• Create video walkthroughs, lifestyle content, and promotional reels that highlight property features and brand messaging.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts.
• Operate and maintain photography, videography, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit photos (color correction, retouching, HDR blending) and videos (transitions, sound design, color grading).
• Organize and archive all media assets for easy retrieval and consistent branding.
• Stay updated with trends in real estate media, social platforms, and visual storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, or Visual Media Creator (Real estate experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, and camera operation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro (or similar tools).
• Creative eye with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with drone photography and videography.
• Familiarity with color grading and image enhancement techniques.
• Understanding of social media trends and content optimization for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of real estate marketing and visual branding.
