Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Merchandising (Café / Chocolatier)

Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop seasonal VM calendars and execution timelines.

Plan store layouts and planograms to optimize product visibility and traffic flow.

Create and update VM manuals and SOPs for store teams.
-
Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards across all Café / Chocolatier locations.
-
Train store staff on VM guidelines and standards.
2. Marketing Material Allocation & Coordination

Assist in executing marketing campaigns across all sales channels.

Coordinate with agencies and suppliers for production and delivery of marketing materials.

Manage allocation and distribution of marketing assets (e.g., posters, signage, shelf talkers) across stores.

Track inventory and usage of marketing props and materials.
3. Collaboration with Brand Manager

Support the Brand Manager in implementing visual strategies for campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions.

Prepare visual guidelines and mood boards for new initiatives.

Maintain marketing calendars and timelines for activations and launches.
4. Store & Event Support

Assist in setting up visual elements for in-store events, tastings, and activations.

Ensure all visual elements align with the brand’s premium image and customer expectations.

Provide on-ground support during marketing events and store refreshes.
5. Reporting & Feedback

Conduct regular store visits to assess visual execution and provide feedback.

Document visual setups and share reports with the Brand Manager.

Monitor competitor visual strategies and recommend improvements.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with store teams to ensure proper execution of visual plans.

Liaise with logistics and procurement for marketing material requirements.

Support other brand-related tasks as assigned by the Brand Manager.
7. Administrative Support

Handle documentation, invoicing, and budget tracking for marketing activities.
-
Maintain organized records of marketing assets, vendor contacts, and campaign archives.
