Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store shopping experience and drive sales through strategic product displays. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and a passion for retail merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement eye-catching product displays that align with brand identity.

• Develop store layouts to optimize customer flow and maximize product exposure.

• Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and window displays to attract foot traffic.

• Ensure proper product placement, stock rotation, and visual consistency.

• Maintain clear, compelling signage for pricing, promotions, and product information.

• Style mannequins and set up store fixtures to showcase key products effectively.

• Research industry trends and competitor displays to stay innovative.

• Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to align visual merchandising with sales strategies.

• Train store staff on maintaining visual standards and brand presentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a related field.

• Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work with store layouts, fixtures, and display tools.

• Knowledge of current fashion and retail trends (for clothing brands).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift and arrange store fixtures and displays.

• Work is 4 days a week (8 hours daily )
• Daily Salary : 100-130 AED depending
