Job Title: Visual Merchandiser (Part-Time)

The Vision

Bruijn is looking for a creative Visual Merchandiser with a sophisticated eye to transform our retail space into a sensory experience. We aren't looking for someone to manage inventory or work a till; we are looking for a storyteller who can use our products, props, and lighting to create an atmosphere of luxury and desire.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Styling: Conceptualize and execute high-end visual displays that reflect the Bruijn brand identity.
• Window Artistry: Design and install captivating window displays that stop foot traffic and invite customers into our world.
• Product Curation: Arrange our chocolates, dates, and gift collections in a way that highlights their craftsmanship and premium quality.
• Seasonal Transitions: Leading the visual shift for major seasons (Ramadan, Eid, Diwali, Festive, etc.), ensuring the store feels fresh and relevant.
• Aesthetic Maintenance: Conduct regular "walk-throughs" to refresh displays, adjust lighting, and ensure every ribbon and box is perfectly positioned.

What We Are Looking For

• A Stylist’s Eye: You understand color theory, balance, texture, and the "rule of thirds."
• Luxury Experience: Previous experience styling for high-end boutiques, luxury food brands, or interior design firms.
• Creative Resourcefulness: Ability to source or create props that elevate the product without overshadowing it.
• Portfolio: A proven track record (photos of previous work) showing your ability to transform a physical space.

Note on This Role : We want to be very clear: This is not a Sales Associate position, nor is it a traditional "Retail Merchandiser" role focused on stock levels and SKU counts.We are hiring a Visual Artist. Your primary KPI is the "look and feel" of the store. You are responsible for the aesthetic soul of the brand at the point of sale.
