Visual Merchandiser

Plan and implement visual display concepts that support sales campaigns and reflect the brand identity.
Manage the setup of window displays, in store visuals and overall ambience across sales locations.
Study customer behavior and suggest visual changes that help improve engagement and sales results.
Work closely with marketing, operations and design teams to maintain both visual appeal and practical layout.
Ensure visual guidelines are followed in all stores and guide staff on correct display techniques.
Review store presentations regularly and recommend improvements where needed.

Job Requirements

Educational background in graphic design, interior design, marketing, architecture or a related field.
At least three years of experience in a similar visual or retail focused role.
Experience leading teams and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong working knowledge of design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp or similar tools.
Creative mindset with a good eye for detail and strong visual sense.
