Visual Merchandiser

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store customer experience and maximize sales through attractive product displays and effective visual storytelling. The role involves maintaining brand standards, implementing seasonal layouts, and ensuring the store reflects the company’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually appealing store displays in line with brand guidelines
• Plan and execute seasonal themes, promotions, and in-store campaigns
• Ensure proper product placement to maximize visibility and sales
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards at all times
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment
• Analyze customer flow and sales trends to improve display effectiveness
• Collaborate with the marketing and buying teams for campaign execution
• Conduct regular store walkthroughs and audits to ensure consistency
• Stay updated with current market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within retail (experience in furniture, home décor, or fashion retail is preferred)
• Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail
• Good understanding of retail KPIs and customer behavior
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools is an advantage
