Visual Merchandiser

Overview

Job Details:

Develop and execute visual presentation concepts that support sales promotions and strengthen the overall brand image.

Oversee the arrangement of window displays, in store visuals, and the general appearance across retail locations.

Observe customer behavior in stores and recommend visual improvements to increase engagement and sales performance.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure store layouts remain attractive and practical for customers.

Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently applied across all stores and provide guidance to staff on display practices.

Visit stores regularly to review visual setups and recommend updates or improvements when needed.

Support seasonal campaigns by preparing display plans aligned with promotional activities and marketing objectives.

Monitor store presentation quality and maintain consistency in branding and customer experience.

Job Experience Requirements

Educational qualification in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum three years of experience in a similar visual merchandising or retail presentation role.

Experience managing small teams and coordinating with vendors and internal departments.

Good working knowledge of design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar tools.

Creative mindset with strong attention to visual detail and presentation quality.

Good communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
