We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to elevate the customer experience and strengthen the visual identity of our premium Arabic sweets brand.

If you have a passion for food presentation, retail aesthetics, and creating visually engaging customer journeys, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement attractive in-store displays and product presentation
• Maintain brand visual standards across all branches
• Create seasonal and promotional visual concepts
• Coordinate product arrangement, packaging displays, and gifting setups
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams
• Monitor customer flow and optimize product visibility
• Support new store openings and special activations

Requirements

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail, or F&B industry
• Strong sense of creativity and aesthetics
• Knowledge of retail display techniques and customer behavior
• Experience in luxury food, bakery, or sweets brands is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• English communication skills preferred
