Visual Merchandiser (Jewellery experience)

We are seeking a highly professional and detail‑oriented Visual Merchandiser with relevant jewellery industry experience to support our brand’s visual identity across all retail locations. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing visual display standards, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing customer engagement through effective merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design captivating window and in‑store displays that reflect elegance and innovation
• Craft visual experiences that elevate our brand and inspire customers
• Curate product arrangements that highlight shine, detail, and craftsmanship
• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for new collections and campaign rollouts.
• Monitor product arrangements and ensure optimal visibility for high-value items
• Keep our displays polished, fresh, and aligned with seasonal themes
• Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback to management
• Bring creative ideas that turn foot traffic into customer boost.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising (preferably in jewellery or luxury retail)
• Strong understanding of design principles, color coordination, and display aesthetics
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Keen eye for detail and luxury presentation standards
• Ability to work within deadlines and adapt to changing retail requirements

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
