5 years or more of visual merchandising experience in fashion, footwear, or retail
Must have at least 3 years or more experience in handling and supervising a team of visual merchandisers
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree of Design Communication Visual, Architecture, Interior Design or related field
Strong background and well experience in Fashion Retail Visual Merchandising that covers VM ideas/concept, décor, VM production, styling, merchandise presentation, promotional display
Have a good taste in fashion, creative art & updated with trend
Able to work under pressure, a good team player and strong leader character
Strong willingness to learn and develop in retail industry

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement seasonal VM strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Lead a team of visual merchandisers and coordinate with store managers to execute plans effectively.
Design in-store displays, window installations, and floor layouts to maximize product visibility and conversion.
Analyze sales trends and footfall data to adjust VM approaches for better performance.
Conduct regular store visits.
Manage budgets for materials, props, and display equipment.
Collaborate with marketing, buying, and operations teams to align execution.
