Job Summary
We are seeking a
creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Visual Merchandiser – Window Graphic Designer & Planogram Specialist
to elevate our in-store and window experiences. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of visual storytelling, graphic design, and merchandising expertise to drive foot traffic, support sales objectives, and enhance brand identity across all retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising

Develop and implement compelling in-store displays and seasonal visual concepts.

Ensure brand consistency and visual standards are maintained across all store locations.

Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to align visual merchandising with product strategies and promotions.

Monitor merchandising effectiveness and suggest improvements based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
Window Graphic Design

Design high-impact window displays and graphic signage that reflect current campaigns, seasons, and brand stories.

Create graphic assets for print and digital use (e.g., posters, decals, window clings, banners).

Stay up to date with retail display trends, materials, and innovations.
Planogram Development

Design and maintain planograms to optimize product placement, space utilization, and customer flow.

Use sales data and performance reports to inform planogram revisions and merchandising strategies.

Collaborate with store operations and inventory teams to ensure accurate execution of layouts.

Conduct store visits or audits to assess planogram compliance and effectiveness.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in a similar role within retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).

Familiarity with planogram software (e.g., MockShop or similar tools) is a plus.

Solid understanding of retail trends, customer behavior, and visual storytelling.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
