Responsibilities

Your main mission will be to drive excellence across every stage of the VM process-from planning and logistics to clear guidance and flawless execution. This is a pivotal role within the business, requiring a highly organised, self motivated individual who thrives on bringing structure, creativity, and consistency to in store presentation.

Planning & Logistics
  • Coordinate all Visual Merchandising activities, managing communication with Global, ordering POS and campaign materials, and ensuring smooth logistics, timely delivery, and flawless implementation.
  • Manage the GWP program end to end, including ordering, distribution, and in store/event usage, while monitoring stock levels, optimising utilisation, and recommending process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global team on Capex projects (store openings and refurbishments), overseeing design, approvals, agency standards, budgets, and execution.
  • Manage the VM budget in partnership with the Marketing Director.
Implementation & Coaching
  • Regularly visit all locations to review standards, provide coaching, and deliver product training.
  • Coordinate and implement campaigns with retailers and boutiques, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and achievement of KPIs.
  • Communicate launch plans and VM updates clearly to boutiques, ensuring alignment with Global guidelines and consistent reporting and feedback.
  • Ensure all locally produced materials meet brand standards, liaising with Global teams for approvals where required.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to develop boutique activities and events that support commercial priorities.
  • Support PR and Events teams in designing and executing fixtures, pop ups, and special activations.
Execution & Decoration
  • Partner with VM contacts in each boutique, providing commercial and visual guidance while sharing best practices.
  • Work closely with Retail teams to ensure boutique decoration is refined, locally relevant, and aligned with global VM standards.
Ideal Candidate
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury environment in the GCC.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Effective communication, with the ability to motivate and guide store teams to execute to brand standards.
  • Strong knowledge of the region and cultural awareness.
  • Willing and able to travel across the region.
  • Confident, dynamic personality and a strong interest in market trends and innovations.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
