Role Overview
As a Visualizer, you’ll work with the creative team to conceptualize and design visuals across various platforms — digital, print, branding, packaging, and more. You’ll be expected to bring fresh ideas, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to turn briefs into eye-catching, on-brand design outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on creative concepts and develop designs for social media posts, ad campaigns, websites, packaging, branding materials, and presentations
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and art directors to brainstorm and visualize campaign ideas
- Design logos, key visuals, mood boards, and layouts
- Translate briefs into creative visual storytelling
- Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across projects
- Keep up with design trends, visual culture, and new media formats
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Visualizer or Graphic Designer in an advertising/design agency
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (XD and After Effects are a plus)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design range, and campaign work
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand language
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing
- UI/UX design experience
- Art direction for shoots
