Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced VMC Maintenance Engineer / Technician to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) at our Bidadi facility. The candidate will ensure maximum machine uptime, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and support production operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of VMC machines
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Maintain CNC systems (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi preferred)
• Ensure machine alignment, ball screw inspection, spindle maintenance
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records and logs
• Coordinate with production team to minimize downtime
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance SOPs

Required Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
• 3–10 years of experience in VMC machine maintenance
• Strong knowledge of CNC controls and servo systems
• Experience in troubleshooting drives, PLCs, sensors, and electrical panels
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings

Salary:

• ₹22,000 – ₹50,000 per month
• Salary will be based on experience, technical expertise, and skill level
