On Stage Music Academy is a home for aspiring musicians of all ages and skill levels. From non-formal Early Childhood Development, to formal learning and bands, we have something for everybody.

We put emphasis on immersion in music, learning and using your skills, with real stage experience. We have LIVE performances within our facility, local venues, and recording projects.

On Stage Music Academy is a community-based music center that focuses on the transformative power of music on the individual. Having fun should not have an end date and we encourage people of all ages and music genres to come and join our family!

Position Duties?

On Stage Music Academy is hiring a Vocal instructor to teach pop, rock and other genres. Voice teachers accompany students on piano/guitar for vocal warm ups, teaching technique, and practicing songs. Experience teaching all ages and abilities needed. Music degree & gigging experience is a plus.

Applicants in Long Beach area preferred for weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays. Employee candidates must pass a background check to be considered for hire.

Ideal for someone who has good communication skills (both phone and email) and is professional, kind, and compassionate with children of all ages and their families.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
