Salary Package: 50,000 PKR - 120,000 PKR (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Role Overview:

As a Voice Agents & Automation Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated voice solutions that enhance user experiences and streamline business operations. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating AI-driven voice agents with existing automation workflows, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize automated voice solutions using AI, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and voice recognition technologies.
• Design, build, and maintain voice agent systems for customer service, sales, and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and product) to define, design, and implement new automation workflows.
• Continuously monitor, test, and improve the performance of voice automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice systems and automation processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in voice automation technologies, virtual agents, and conversational AI platforms.
• Expertise in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and speech recognition technologies.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cloud-based voice platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience with integrating voice agents into CRM systems, chatbots, and other business solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex automation workflows.
• Ability to collaborate in a remote-first team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or similar.
• Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of data analytics to measure and improve voice system performance.
