We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a reputed Voice Process based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Job Details:
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)

Salary:
CTC up to ₹22,000 per month
In-hand ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Languages Required:
Hindi, English, Marathi

Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills are mandatory
Basic computer knowledge is preferred
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries effectively and within timelines
Provide accurate information about services and processes
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
Follow company communication and compliance guidelines

Single round selection process
Immediate joining after selection
