VoIP Engineer | SIP Trunk | IT Graduate

We are a well-established VoIP company with 10+ years of industry experience looking to hire a Junior to Mid-Level VoIP Engineer. The ideal candidate should have basic to intermediate knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP Trunking, and networking.

Training will be provided if needed, making this role suitable for motivated IT graduates who want to build a strong career in the VoIP & telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SIP Trunks

Assist in resolving VoIP call quality issues (jitter, latency, packet loss)

Support VoIP systems and IP telephony infrastructure

Work on inbound and outbound call routing

Coordinate with senior engineers and VoIP carriers

Assist with Asterisk / FreePBX / Softswitch operations

Ensure system stability and uptime

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Telecom

0–3 years of experience in VoIP / SIP / IP Telephony

Basic understanding of SIP, RTP, codecs, and call flow

Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, NAT, Firewalls)

Basic familiarity with Linux systems

Willing to work morning/evening/night shift

Strong learning attitude and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills:

Asterisk, FreePBX, Kamailio

Softswitch or SBC exposure

Call center or VoIP service provider experience

Experience with international VoIP carriers
